    I don’t go anywhere without looking up reviews first, especially for restaurants and mechanics. It’s so important to stay active online. For me, even if there are negative comments on Yelp or Google, I’ll still consider going as long as I see the business interacting and giving responses back. It shows they care about their image and are willing to go the extra step to make sure everyone has a great experience.
